We handle your data in strictest confidence. From the start, CandorSys was design to operate at bank-standard levels of security. This includes 128 bit encryption, individual web addresses for each client, User IDs and passwords.
Three Levels of Security:
On access:
- Security model is of "banking transaction level" standard
- You can determine the level of security you wish to use
Once connected:
- User only sees the accounts or data he is authorised to see:
- A beneficiary sees only his/her assets
- A financial adviser sees the accounts upon which he advises
After log-off:
- All usage of the system is recorded:
- Wide range of formats (XML, Excel, PDF, etc.)
- Who logged on, when
- What pages they viewed, data/reports downloaded
- Full audit trail of any changes made
